Valenzuela councilor and Willing Willie host Shalani Soledad is Preview's cover girl this May.
Although Shalani was not in her usual style, the often shy and soft- spoken TV personality did not deny that she enjoyed the photo shoot, which took place at Puerta Real Gardens in Intramuros, Manila last month.
"Ninenerbyos ako because this is very different from what I normally wear. Also, 'yong makeup, it's not something na I would wear on a day-to-day basis so, ninenerbyos ako," said Shalani.
Most of the clothes she wore that time were monochromatic clothes that are, according to Preview's sister website Stylebible.ph, "inspired by the Spring/summer 2011 looks of Givenchy and Haider Ackerman."
The whole team of Preview was there to show their support for their "most reluctant" cover girl, who admittedly said she's not used to this kind of fashion shoot.
Among the Preview staff who came to help Shalani was its fashion editor-at-large Liz Uy, which was pretty interesting because both were romantically linked to President Noynoy Aquino.
Despite this, there was never an awkward moment between PNoy's former girlfriend and former presidential stylist. In fact, Liz gave some pointers to Shalani on what to do during the photo shoot.
"Mabait silang lahat. Okay naman," added Shalani.
