Let us begin by saying that what we have is a seriously accurate, but completely fun, list. There's nothing scientific about it. We took no poll outside our little team, and except for nominations from top managers, editors, stylists, make-up artists, and photographers—these are our choices.

At the time this list was published (April 2003), YES! made a fearless forecast: "And what our List says is—of all the showbiz hopefuls, these people are expected to dominate the screen in the coming years!"

And to date, the people included in the list still have their stars shining so bright...and of course, they're sexier than ever!
