Pagkatapos ng paulit-ulit na balitang break na sina Gab Valenciano at Rachelle Ann Go, na consistent din namang itinatanggi ng dalawa, ngayon ay mas maugong ang usap-usapan na mukhang nauwi na raw talaga sa hiwalayan ang mag-iisang taon na sanang relasyon nila.

Sa panayam ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) kay Gab sa ABS-CBN compound kamakailan, hindi nito kinumpirma o itinanggi ang balita. Ayon sa kanya, mas mabuti na si Rachelle ang tanungin kung ano ba talaga ang estado ng kanilang relasyon ngayon.

"At this point in time, I think it would be best to ask her. I'm no in position to release any word of confirmation na hindi na kami o kami pa rin. I just want everybody to know that I still care about her, I'm still always with her. But if we're talking about breaking up or being together, I think it would be best to ask Rachelle. Mahirap manggaling sa akin. I, personally, in this situation where we are is kind of complicated," paliwanag ni Gab.

Wala mang kumpirmasyong maibigay sa totoong estado ng relasyon nila ni Rachelle, tinanong namin si Gab kung anu-ano ba ang mga rason ng balitang pagkakalabuan nila ng girlfriend.

"A lot of reasons, small and big," sagot ni Gab. "I think the small ones are mostly... After a while, I think our differences are starting to settle in. I think kasi this is a very critical stage of my life. I'm 21 years old, kapapasok ko pa lang sa legal age of doing anything. I'm moving to the States, she's focused on her career and she has to support her family. I was taking a lot of her time, we're taking each other's time and hindi kami makapag-focus on what we have to do and what's important.

"I guess just like other relationships in show business, there's a point in time you're really very happy, but there's time of growing, there's time of space, there's time of healing and knowing what's really important in life.  We're young, she's 23 and I'm 21. How I wish I did things differently, how I wish I was matured in certain ways, but I'm not there yet. I will get there but I'm not there yet."

Hindi naman itinago ni Gab na nasasaktan siya sa sitwasyon nila ni Rachelle ngayon.

"I'm hurting. It's never easy for anybody to get through something like this. We're gonna get a year and in show business, a year is long. I know we gonna get criticized about it. 'Sabi na nga namin, di kayo bagay.' But people have nothing to do [with] it naman. I think it's more of we have to grow. I think I'm not yet ready for something serious yet. But if you will ask me the girl I want to wake up beside, it would be her.

"I keep praying to the Lord that one day, we wake up and we're back on how we were a couple of months ago, when I was carrying her at the backstage and hinuhubad niya yung pants ko sa harap ng mga tao. I miss her so much," sabi niya.

NO THIRD PARTY INVOLVED. Gab also stressed na walang third party involved sa kung anumang nangyayari sa relasyon nila ni Rachelle ngayon.

"There's no third party involved, this was never an issue," diin niya. "In my life, it's Rachelle Ann Go and Rachelle Ann Go. I love her, I love her beyond anything I felt. I want her to be happy, I want the best for her."

Ano ang magiging reaksiyon niya kung malalaman niyang lumalabas na pala si Rachelle with another guy?

"I know a lot would say, 'Whatever makes her happy will make me happy.' Sometimes hindi ganun, e. But I will be content if she found happiness in somebody else. I will be content if she found happiness in going out with other guys. But I know Rachelle is not like that. She goes out with a guy she believes is the one."

Pinagpapasalamat din ni Gab na supportive ang pamilya niya sa nangyayari sa kanila ni Rachelle.

"My family loves her so  much. They do their best to help us rebuild what we've lost, all the arguments and whatever. I'm just thankful to God that Rachelle and I, we're not screaming at each other, walang siraan. God is good. I know He will revive, rekindle what we have for each other... maybe in the future."
