Liz Almoro wore a Paul Cabral strapless white gown with elegant beadwork on the bodice and train. Willie Revillame, following Filipino tradition, wore a simple barong. Their wedding was held last June 7, 2005, at the Santuario de San Antonio, Forbes Park, Makati. (YES! Wedding Special)

When Wowowee host Wille Revillame became the boyfriend of model Liz Almoro, their relationship faced rough sailing at the start.

Liz's father, lawyer Roy Almoro, didn't approve of Willie, a reputed womanizer. Attorney Almoro's disapproval was so strong that he didn't even attend Willie and Liz's civil wedding in Lipa City. It was only when he was convinced of Willie's love for Liz that he relented and agreed to walk his daughter down the aisle at the church wedding.

But at press time, the two are no longer together.
