MYX VJs Iya Villania and Luis Manzano will co-host the 2009 Summer MYX Fest that will take place at Boracay this Saturday, April 18.

Don your party dresses and head down south to the beautiful white sands of Boracay this Saturday, April 18. Join the Summer MYX Fest 2009 at the Beach Front of Club Paraw, Obama Grill and Ariel's House for a post-Holy Week celebration.

It's the coolest all night dancin' and groovin' event featuring some of the hottest bands of today: Chicosci, Imago, Pedicab, Sandwich, and 6Cyclemind. Solo artists such as Julianne and former Rivermaya frontman Rico Blanco will also join in the fun. They will surely rock the island and make you experience a different kind of musical heat wave this summer!

The hippest MYX VJs Luis Manzano, Iya Villania, Nikki Gil, Robi Domingo, Monica Yncierto, Chino Lui Pio, Andrei Felix and Bianca Roque will be this year's hosts for the summer event.

It's MYX's third year to host a summer-shaking event in the island of Boracay. Last year, the crowd was treated to cool games, jiving music, and hot live musical acts. Will this year's summer event be even better last year? There's only one way to find out!
