All roads led to the Manila Peninsula Hotel in Makati last September 3 as ABS-CBN's talent management arm held the annual Star Magic Ball.

By default, the event is described as an annual gathering of all Star Magic artists and several industry friends in celebration of the group's anniversary.

Among the esteemed guests were Cristalle Henares of Belo Medical Group, Atty. Jojit Alonzo, Gretchen Barretto, Gabby Concepcion and former Star Magic talent Heart Evangelista who is rumored to be returning to the Kapamilya network's stable of stars.

In line with tradition, everyone suited up and dressed to the nines for the highly anticipated affair which featured an awarding ceremony of the best dressed men and women of the evening and some entertainment numbers.

A few of the country's best singers performed, including concert king Martin Nievera who opened the program.

Star Power's Angeline Quinto, Pinoy Dream Academy's Yeng Constantino and Bugoy Drilon, and Pilipinas Got Talent's Jovit Baldivino and Marcelito Pomoy all faced off singing each other's hit tunes and proving their worth as music stars of the next generation.

Erik Santos and Vina Morales sang an American Idol-inspired medley.

Pokwang and Chokoleit entertained as hosts with their exceptional brand of comedy.

They were also joined by Angelica Panganiban who brought the house down with her impersonation of Kris Aquino, which she does regularly on Banana Split.

Awardees included:

Couples Bea Alonzo and Zanjoe Marudo for the Moët & Chandon award, Piolo Pascual and KC Concepcion for Choice Fashionistas, and Enchong Dee and Erich Gonzales for Couple of the Night.

Kim Chiu in her flowing white gown by Francis Libiran was named Drop-dead Stunner.

Young stars Jessie Mendiola and Enrique Gil were given the Breakout Style awards.

The most stylish male and female of the evening are Diether Ocampo and Maricar Reyes respectively.
