Home work-outs. Puro core exercises, mga military exercises, mga ganun. Si Ace Duque yung ano ko, trainer ko. Same trainer of Piolo Pascual. So, strengthening ng knees. So, basically just core exercises. Hindi yung pagpapalaki ng katawan or ano…but just to strengthen my core…it’s for the sport also.
