At Mother Lily Monteverde’s 73rd birthday celebration held last August 19, she paired her black sheer top with shorts, and gave her overall look a bit of detail by donning cheetah-inspired high heels.

Gold danglings and a black bead statement ring also added spice to her quite-casual outfit.
