Late last year, Paolo Paraiso and Mylene Dizon announced their split. Up to this day, the couple has not issued any press statement regarding the cause of their break-up. Some speculates that there's a third party involved. Others think that money matters have something to do with it, although Paolo vehemently denied this rumor.
Despite the separation, the former couple remain as friends.
Their Bohol trip last February 2006 is a testament that Paolo and Mylene are cool parents to their son Tomas.
It’s easy to figure out where Tomas, a truly friendly baby who will turn two this April, got his movie-star looks. However, you probably won’t believe it when we tell you that his daddy sings the Beam toothpaste jingle (“B-E-A-M means smile… smile kami pag Beam…”) whenever Tomas throws a tantrum.
As for mommy Mylene, she loves every minute of her son’s change-diaper time.
The former couple used to call their son Burrito, but the baby won’t respond to the nickname anymore. So now he’s plain Tomas, and his parents are teaching him to call everyone Ninong and Ninang. “Para masaya paglaki niya,” laughs the boyish Paolo.
