"Transferring from network to network, okey naman. If you're happy with the network and they're doing things for you, stay there," says Will.

I mean, for example, if you're in another network at wala pang trabaho para sa'yo, anong gagawin mo? May pamilya ka.

"You can't get out of the network dahil you got two years pa.

"Parang they're monopolizing the system and I think that's not fair," saad niya.

"Ganun din, marketing.

"Let's say for example I do commercials, and then I can't do the commercial for competing project or competing brand for a year. Bakit?

"As long as a person has work, and he's in good work, his work is beneficial for him or the family or anyone else, I think its okay.

"Transferring from network to network, okey naman. If you're happy with the network and they're doing things for you, stay there."

True, true, like in Hollywood, may work hours sila kasi they belong to a union, that is carholder ka. Abuse yan eh, what's bad pa in Philippine showbiz, pagdating pa lang sa set saka pa nanghahanda, sa Hollywood, call time ready na at nagbabangko sila ng episodes, minsan nga tapos na ang taping bago pa ipalabas. Will mag start ka nga union para sa mga artista, but then baka lalo ka mawalan ng trabaho. It's sad that we do have a lot of actors in congress that they never talked about making a law on actor's working hours. And the network rivarly, that's so backward and yes, it is also illegal to monopolize the industry and he knows he comes from a dirty working network.
