“My biggest fear is that she won’t remember me.” While Andi Eigenmann is kept busy by her comeback projects— teleserye Kahit Puso’y Masugatan and movies Pridyider and Nothing Compares To You— the actress makes it a point to fulfill her responsibility as mother to Adrianna Gabrielle.

A svelte and sexy Andi Eigenmann walked the red carpet of the 6th Star Magic on Saturday night, September 1, at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.

The 22-year-old actress-mom made heads turns in her Sasa Jimenez black gown that accentuated her curves and highlighted her now thin waist and slender arms.

Almost a year after giving birth to daughter Adrianna Gabrielle, now 10 months old, Andi has her winning form back. With her hair pulled back in a sleek ponytail, her lips in a luscious red, she sashayed on the red carpet effortlessly.

Halfway through the path to the Rizal Ballroom, Andi stopped to chat with a bunch of reporters who were bound to ask the obvious: How did she do it?

Gleefully she replied, “Diet lang! I’ve been really busy with work lately. I’m actually happy that they allowed me to still be able to attend the event tonight because I’ve been really looking forward to this.”

She added, laughing, “It’s just a matter of self-discipline, a healthy lifestyle, and Sexy Solutions!”

Seeking cosmetic surgeon Dr. Vicki Belo’s aid is not a fact that Andi tries to hide. The young actress’s openness is something she is known for since she became active in showbiz five years ago.

The rough patch she has been through over the past year was nothing she kept from the public. While her unexpected pregnancy came as a shock to all and earned her the criticism of many— some even predicted the early end of her budding career— Andi was not dispirited to get on with life.

Seeing her walk on the red carpet meant more than a celebrity strutting her hot bod for all  the world to see. It was, more than anything, a celebratory moment for someone who moved past the humps and bumps of her journey.

As she was commended for her comeback project— primetime teleserye Kahit Puso’y Masugatan, which she topbills with Iza Calzado, Jake Cuenca, and Gabby Concepcion— Andi conveyed how grateful she is to be part of the show.

“I’m still happy that people are still… people have been supporting me after everything that I’ve gone through in showbiz,” she stated.

Andi added that people have noted the depth in her acting: “I wouldn’t really know that myself but according to other people it is noticeable.

“Whenever I do my job, whenever I’m in front of the camera, it’s more obvious now that I’m really into my job and I’m really trying to do my best.

“I’m giving it my all, all the time!”

As her horror film Pridyider is slated to hit cinemas on September 19, Andi’s next silver screen project is underway. She is currently working on romance-drama Nothing Compares to You with actors Derek Ramsay and Anne Curtis.
