Singing couple Dingdong Avanzado and Jessa Zaragoza, along with their celebrity friends, flew to Guam last 2008 for a golf tournament in support of Guam's tourism campaign.

The June 7-12 tournament, at the Talofofo Golf Resort, was organized by the Guam Visitors Bureau and its official marketing representative in the Philippines, the Matua Agupa Corporation, which is co-owned by Dingdong and Jessa.

"I don't play golf, but I like watching it, especially when Tiger Woods is playing," Jessa told YES! in an email message. "It's Dingdong who has been into the sport since 1994. He has hosted a number of celebrity golf tournaments."

Over 40 people participated in the event, including local businessmen, lawyers, and VIPs from Guam. "The best thing is really the family bond, as well as the friendships that were made as a result of the tournament," Jessa added. "It's really fun going on trips, especially pag enjoy 'yong mga kasama mo."
