It has been asked sa akin ilang beses na, and I always ask both Jackie and Ricky at pareho naman silang nag-deny. As far as I know, sila pa rin," says Pilita Corrales about rumors that her daughter Jackie Lou Blanco and actor Ricky Davao have already separated.

"It's my first time to do a show with Rico, who was known noong '70s as the Total Entertainer.

"Pero sa totoo lang, he's just a naughty guy. Kahit na niloloko niya ako parati about my legs and cleavage, natatawa lang ako sa kanya kasi I know this guy very well.

"And our show naman is produced para may mga matulungan kami na maraming tao. The proceeds of our show will be given to the Philippine Green Building Council who makes the houses for Habitat for Humanity. It's headed by Illac Diaz at maganda ang projects nila, to give affordable and safe homes sa maraming tao na wala pang mga bahay. Kami ni Rico, we always do shows for charity. Sabi nga nila, it's the giving that makes things more meaningful in our life."

TYPHOON ONDOY.

"Grabe ang nangyari because the wall that was protecting our place from the rising river ay nasira kaya pumasok ang malakas na tubig sa bahay namin.

"Those are the musical arrangements that my composer friends did for me during my time na may musical show pa ako, like yung An Evening With Pilita and other shows I did here and abroad, and when I do recordings of my albums. Lahat 'yon ay nasira ng baha and it's really worth a lot of money.

"But what can I do? Gano'n lang talaga ang buhay. You have to pick yourself up and move on. What's important is that we're here and alive and still active. I am still lucky because I still have my house. Kaya I am so thankful pa rin kay God in spite of what happened.

I play the grandmother of Richard Gutierrez in Full House of GMA-7. The last TV show I did with GMA-7 was the sitcom Lagot Ka, Isusumbong Kita with Richard Gomez and Joey Marquez. I miss doing TV shows, lalo na kung nakakatawa.
