nagtataka lang po ako... bakit po ba sikat si piolo...  matagal ko na itong itinatanong sa isip ko.. Para kasi saakin wala akong matandaan na movie na nag box office na SYA LANG talaga ang nagdala... As far as i remember, lahat ng movie na kinabilangan nyaor pinag bidahan ay puro leading man lang sya ng MAS SIKAT na artista like JUDAY in so many films ( bakit di totohanin, esperanza the movie, tillthere was you etc.), with claudine (MILAN), Regine ( paano kita iibigin), JoyceJIMENEZ (mas sikat si Joyceng ginawa nila ang I think im in love), Vilma santos( dekada 70), Donita rose ( 9mornings). Lahat ng above films na nabanggit ko ay puro yung leading lady ang nagdala kaya kumita..... Pero yung movie na sya talaga ang pinakabida like dreamboy( with bea alonso) and Lagarista (with janna victoria ) ay hindi kumikita... pati na rin yung mga soap opera na kung saan sya ang leading man... sumisikat yung mga soap kung saan sya ang leading man ni Juday or claudine pero pag sya mismo ang una sa billing like yung mangarap ka with Angelika panganiban or even itong lobo with angel ay hindi sumisikat... kaya tanong ko tuloy ngayon...ano na ba ang napatunayan ni piolo.... kasi for me, he is just the leading man of the actress who have the LEAD role... comments (harsh or mild or concurrent) are welcome.... ay ang galing naman ng assessment mo moonshadow... oo nga...ngayon ko lang narealize....h alos lahat ng movie nya na kumita ay leading man lang sya ng lead role... ang galing mong mag analyze!!! |

Hindi nga naman ako so believe ke Piolo, as far is singing is concern. Pero hindi maitatanggi, sikat na sikat, top endorsers, kumikita ang mga Albums, may mga shows abroad, at in-demand na leading man.
At tama si windstruck.
