Angel Locsin takes food supplement for healthier skin

Angel Locsin patronizes a food supplement to nurture fairer skin, as she did for her roles in previous projects.

Seeing Angel Locsin on the billboard for a skin whitening product, some daily commuters may wonder, "Is she denying she's a kayumanggi beauty?"
Not at all, says the recently hailed Best Actress by the Philippine Movie Press Club in its Star Awards for Movies.
The Kapamilya actress tells the media that she agreed to be the endorser of the Japanese beauty product called Mosbeau because it also promotes healthy skin.
"Well, unang-una po ng importante sa akin ay magkaroon ng healthy skin, beautiful skin talaga," Angel tells the media during the press launch of its newest products held recently in Makati.
She adds, "Hindi naman ibig sabihin na kapag nagte-take ka ng Mosbeau, kailangan mo talagang magpaputi or 'yon talaga ang goal mo."
Aside from having a whiter skin, Angel says that the product also keeps her skin looking fresh all the time.
"Actually, okay siyang pang-maintenance, 'pag stress ka. Ako kasi gano'n, e, kapag puyat ako, nagte-take ako ng mga two times a day," she says.
When Angel needs a fairer skin for the character she will be portraying, like in the defunct television series Lobo and Imortal, she admits taking the food supplement from the brand she's endorsing.
"Kapag gusto ko naman kunwari na may character akong mas bagay nga ang maputing skin, nagte-take ako ng four agad," says Angel.
The three-year Mosbeau endorser also stresses, "Kasi hindi lang siya pagpapaputi kundi cell regeneration din. Okay din po siya para mag-promote ng healthy skin.
"Ang gusto ko lang naman talaga dito is hindi lang naman pampaputi ang habol natin dito kung hindi kung ano ba talaga ang mas makakapagpagan
da ng skin.
"At 'yong makakatulong sa atin mas magmukhang bata at mas mukhang fresh.'
