Jessica Sanchez will compete against Phillip Phillips in American Idol Season 11 finale

The votes are in and after weeks of performing on the American Idol stage Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips have been chosen by America as the final two performers to compete for the crown. Find out who will be the next American Idol during the Grand Finale LIVE via Satellite this Thursday, May 24, at 8AM on ETC.

The Grand Finale night will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, where the two finalists will stand on stage before an audience of more than 7,000 as well as a global TV audience of millions as host Ryan Seacrest announces the next American Idol.

Prior to the results, watch the complete American Idol Season 11 Top 10 return to the stage to perform hit songs from the past season. Superstars Rihanna, Jason Derulo and Aerosmith are also set to perform.

Prior to the announcement Jessica and Phillip will perform for the last time for America’s votes during the Top 2 performance show that will be aired on ETC on Wednesday, May 23, via satellite at 6PM with a primetime telecast at 7 PM and 10 PM.

American Idol Season 11 Top 2 Performance Show airs on May 23, Wednesday via satellite at 6 pm with primetime telecasts at 7 pm and 10 pm on ETC

American Idol Season 11 Grand Finale Night airs LIVE via Satellite on May 24, Thursday at 8AM with primetime replays at 6 pm and 9 pm on ETC.

walang kuwenta yung mga nagsasabing dapat american ang manalo sa american idol kaya si phillips ang nanalo........hello wag niyong isiping pinoy si jessica at hindi american, IN THE FIRST PLACE HINDI SIYA PASASALIHIN SA AMERICAN IDOL KUNG HINDI SIYA AMERICAN DIBA, or at least green card holder siya. technically isa siyang american citizen, she was born and raised in the US! phillip won over jessica in a fair match. bakit yung mga nag runner-up lang sa past seasons ng America natalo dahil di sila amerikano? akala mo kung sinong matalino tong mga nagsasalita, jologs din naman pala.

VOTE WISELY. Dapat maging objective sa decision kung sino ang dapat manalo. Sino nga ba ang karapat dapat na maging American Idol. FACTS are all pointing and favouring Phillip Phillips. In the END, it will be AMERICAN Idol, hindi naman PINOY Idol ang pa contest! Gising na JUAN dela Cruz!

even if she doesn't win, she'll have a good career in the music industry. i think some of the american idol contestants would rather not win because they have more freedom in making their own music, rather than being tied to the prize contract. look at adam lambert, chris daughtry. i hope both do well.

me chance manalo si jessica una wala pang asian na nanalo sa AI pangalawa 3yrs na atang puro lalaki ang nanalo. But ang type ng music ni philip ay un tipong pangkasalukuyan pero hindi kagandahan ang boses nya anyway likeable kasi si philip kaya medyo unpredictable kung sino mananalo.

sa aking palagay hindi siya mananalo for the reason dat she is not 100 percent american and she lacks the so called beauty. Hindi patatalo mga american and it's a fact. I hope my opinion and prediction is wrong.

6PM is already super delayed! Can ETC broadcast it live? The same moment the finale is happening and not 11-12 hrs delayed! They have to do somethin about it so that the whole country can celebrate or maybe cry at the same time.
