The highly anticipated action scenes of Jeremy Renner and Rachel Weisz shot in Manila can be seen in the new trailer of The Bourne Legacy.

Jeremy’s character, Aaron Cross, is being hunted by the same agency that trained Jason Bourne (portrayed by Matt Damon in previous installments).

Edward Norton is shown as the villain who wants to wipe out these genetically modified killers.

As a result, Jeremy and Rachel’s characters can be seen running for their lives in the spy thriller movie.

Their characters are seen riding a motorcycle that zooms in and out of traffic. Their motorbike makes a jump at a bridge that appears to be shot along Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard in Sta. Mesa. A police car hits a jeepney (with the route San Juan Divisoria written on its side), prompting it to spin out of control.

In the final sequence of the trailer, Jeremy jumps off the roof of a building to help Rachel’s character who is cornered by policemen.

Several streets in Metro Manila were closed as scenes of the movie were shot from January to February 2012. The cast members also went to El Nido, Palawan to shoot the final sequences of theHollywoodmovie.

The Bourne Legacy is scheduled to have its world premiere on August 3, 2012.
