GMA Films’ The Road lands in iTunes list of Top Horror Movie Sales

GMA Films’ The Road continues its international success after being included in iTunes Top Horror Movie Sales as of June 25 (Manila time).

The Road, which was released in the United States last May 11, ranks in the 14th spot among the top thriller movie sales on iTunes.

Directed by Yam Laranas, this psycho-thriller tells the story of three teenagers who get lost in an abandoned road in the middle of the night. Through flashbacks, viewers get to learn about the gruesome deaths that occurred in the area.

The movie stars Rhian Ramos, Barbie Forteza, Alden Richards, Carmina Villarroel, and Marvin Agustin, among others.

Pinamalita ko sa mga kilala ko dtong filipinos na may pinoy movie at panoodin namin, tinanong kung sino casts, si carmina lang kilala nila at ng malaman pa na gma films tinawanan lang nila ako. Di tuloy ako nanood at walang may gustong sumama sakin. 2 wks lang yata tinanggal na sa sinehan.

itong pagkakasali sa itunes na to ng the road eh nakatulong ba na mabawi ng producer ang ginastos nla para sa movie at sa screening sa US?yun ang malaking tanong!bwahahahaha

LOL! 3 star rating and its actually sittin in at number 18 on itunes right now as of JUNE26. It only shows ba pababa nang pababa ranking nito. Abd it proved that only filipinos bought this film! Ano ulit kinita nito sa pilipinas? And ano ulit kinita nito dito sa US? Base in wikipedia its not even part of the top grossing films in the philippines and thats with the US release. Sorry but star cinema parin ako. With or without itunes their films are included in the top grossing films. Quality kasi eh... Hindi quantity. Lol

kahit na ano ek ek press niyo kaposoy ang tanoing magkano ba kinita? ABER matatwag ba yan na succesful kung ganun tinganan nati mag produce kayo ika nga quality sabi niyo pero di kumita kung MAGTATAGAL kayo magpakatoo na nga kayo ano naman ito ek ek nilangaw nga ito eh ahahhaa
