Comedy Concert Queen Ai-Ai delas Alas was all praises for her co-actress Marian Rivera when asked about their first movie together titled Kung Fu Divas.
In an interview after the press conference for her upcoming concert with Korean superstar Psy last Monday, the comedienne related how professional the Kapuso actress was on the set.
“Bukod sa napaka-professional, e, napaka-independent rin. Gusto niya ‘yan.
“Nabubuhay siya ng mag-isa. Bumilib nga ako sa kanya kasi ang kasama niya lang ay make-up artist niya lang.
“Sanay na siya na siya ang gumagawa, nagpe-prepare ng damit niya.
“Ako masyado akong depende sa ate ko, siya hindi... siya lahat.
“At saka hindi siya mukhang ganun, ang ganda-ganda niya pero siya lahat. Siya nga yata bumubuhat ng kotse niya.

Ai-Ai also related that aside from being a “magaling na artista,” she also stressed, “Maganda siya talaga.”
The box-office comedy queen admitted that even while taping, she couldn't stop herself from staring at her co-actress.
“Minsan nga tinititigan ko lang siya, pero hindi ko pinapahalata, di ba?
“Kapag tinitingnan ko siya, sabi ko, grabe yung kutis niya parang chalk!
“Minsan hinihipo ko nga ang kutis niya, parang chalk!”
Kung Fu Divas is a movie to watch out for this year since it's the second full-length Filipino movie shot entirely on green screen.
The first was last year's runaway box-office hit, Tiktik: The Aswang Chronicles, which starred Dingdong Dantes.

“This year ‘yan, kaya lang matagal kasi ang post-production ng movie na ‘yan. Talagang pine-perfect nila,” assured Ai-Ai in the end.
