When asked about his working relationship with Star For All Seasons Vilma Santos (wearing green), Box Office King John Lloyd Cruz (leftmost) said he made sure not to disappoint the multi-awarded actress. John Lloyd Cruz admits that the confrontation he had with Star For All Seasons Vilma Santos, which is frequently played in In My Life's trailer, is the most difficult scene he did in the movie.  He also mentions that he had a hard time working with the Batangas Governor, but in a positive way.

He told the media, "Alam mo, si Ate Vi, mahirap siyang katrabaho.

John Lloyd, who plays the role of Noel, went on by recalling another scene he had with Ate Vi, who is the mother of Noel's gay lover in the movie. Siyempre, support ako all the way. Pero noong reverse ko na, puro ako na and it's time for me to deliver, nanonood ako!

Kaya in that sense, mahirap siyang katrabaho."

For this scene, the 26-year-old actor said that they had three takes, with him being at fault.

At a young age, the Kapamilya actor is very grateful to have worked with big names in showbiz.

He said, "It's always a great blessing na makasama mo ang mga artista, like in the past, nakasama ko si Kuya Aga [Muhlach in the 2005 movie Dubai].

Then, he showed how much respect he has for the veteran actress who somehow helped him portray Noel's character better.

Ako talagang I'm in awe.

LIGHTER SCENES WITH VILMA AND LUIS.  When it comes to working with Gov. Vilma's son, Luis Manzano, the Kapamilya actor said it was much lighter.

"Masaya naman kapag kaming tatlo," said John Lloyd. Doon kami nakakapag-experiment, mas punung-puno in terms of nuances.  Kasi, siyempre, hindi naman kami mag-call out ng ka-sweet-an kapag kaeksena namin ang nanay ni Luis, di ba?"

Aside from these scenes, John Lloyd also promised the moviegoers a great story in the movie In My Life.

He described,  "Punung-puno ang pelikula. So kapag nanonood ka talagang, what a treat—'yong pinapanood mo ang ganda ng istorya, ang ganda pa ng visuals mo."
