Richard Gutierrez will add "kilig" to the coming Valentine season through the GMA Films and Regal Entertainment movie, My Valentine Girls. He is paired with four leading ladies: Rhian Ramos, Solenn Heusaff, Lovi Poe and Eugene Domingo.   

The GMA-7 actor portrays a novelist in the trilogy that is set to open on February 9, 2011. Jillian Ward is cast as his sister and pseudo-Cupid in the movie. Richard's character searches for a girlfriend as he writes his book, a trilogy of love stories.

"Soulmates" starts with a vehicular accident involving Richard and Rhian Ramos, a fashion stylist. Richard dies and returns to haunt Rhian, asking her for help so he can return to his family. Eventually, they become close. Is there a future in Rhian's relationship with a ghost?

Another segment titled "BBFF" features Richard's teamup with former Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown castaway Solenn Heussaff. The former Survivor Philippines host plays a lawyer who proposes to his best friend, Solenn. However, the latter prefers to remain friends. She then sets up Richard with Lovi Poe and the two hit it off. Will Solenn regret her match-making?

The trilogy ends with "Gunaw," an apocalyptic tale with ace comedienne Eugene Domingo. The morning after a worldwide disaster, Uge convinces Richard that they have a mission to procreate as they are the only humans left on earth. Will Richard give in to Uge for the sake of humankind?

My Valentine Girls opens in cinemas starting February 9, 2011.
