GRETCHEN BARRETTO WANTS TO WORK WITH CRISTINE. In the trailer of the movie, the name of Gretchen Barretto was mentioned when Carmi Martin delivers the line: "I-pack up mo si Lucy Torres, ilabas mo na si Gretchen Barretto, ako na ang bahala sa red stilettos mo."

This pushed Charmaine (played by Cristine) to show her feisty side and fight for her husband Ram who becomes tempted by another woman.

Gretchen was quoted as saying in an interview with The Buzz: "During the first day pinanood ko po ang No Other Woman. Hindi ho ako mapakali, nakita ko ang trailer, I said, 'Oh my God. This is the kind of movie I want to watch.'"

The actress also expressed her admiration for the younger sister of Ara Mina by saying, "Cristine Reyes, I'm her fan. I'm really a fan. I want to work with you. Kasi napapanood ko siya, e. Gusto ko ang pagkatapang niya... Ayaw ko ng nagpapaapi."

For her part, Cristine is grateful to be given the chance to portray the legal wife named Charmaine in No Other Woman. "Dalang dala ako sa character," she admitted.

When asked if she ever became the other woman in a relationship, Cristine pointed out that it has never happened to her.
