Enchong Dee prepares for his next project as his TV series Maria la del Barrio nears its conclusion.
The 22-year-old actor will be part of the upcoming Star Cinema movie The Reunion.
Enchong said that he really looks forward to doing the movie.
"Parang 'yon ang nagbibigay sa akin ng excitement ngayon every single day when I wake up," he said in a short interview with the media after the Coca-Cola Big Youth Blowout event in TriNoma, Quezon City last Saturday, January 28.
The Reunion, according to Enchong, is a challenge for him because it is different from his past acting projects.
The former Magkaribal actor related, "'Yon ang magiging challenge, kung kayang mag-comedy.
"Kasi, kung drama, given na 'yon, e. Nabigay na namin ang drama.
"Tingnan na lang natin kung kaya natin 'yon gumawa ng comedy."
In this barkada movie, Enchong will be joined by Kean Cipriano, Enrique Gil, and Xian Lim.
Enchong believes that his friendship with his co-actors will be reflected in the movie.
He said, "Maganda din naman ang mix up namin, ang camaraderie naman. Kumbaga, everyone of us, we have something to share doon sa movie."
