Julie Anne San Jose's self-titled debut album landed on the top spot of Astroplus and Astrovision's weekly sales chart for the period of September 3-9, 2012. This is according to a release furnished to PEP by the corporate communications department of GMA.

After her team up with Elmo Magalona in GMA Films’ Just One Summer and the youth-oriented series, Together Forever, Julie Anne marks another successful event in her career as a singer. Featuring her carrier single “I’ll Be There,” Julie Anne's album also contains renditions of “Bakit Ngayon,” and “Let Me Be The One.” The 11-track album also features Julie Anne’s self-penned tracks including “Baby U Are” and “When You Said Goodbye.”

Her album released by GMA Records demonstrates her ability to perform in various genres such as acoustic love songs and upbeat R&B. Furthermore, Julie Anne San Jose was iTunes Philippines' most downloaded album within the first hour it was made available.  It also entered the Top Albums in iTunes Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia. In addition, the said album was also reported to among the Top 10 albums in iTunes worldwide.

Julie Anne San Jose is available on CDs at music outlets in the Philippines and can be downloaded on iTunes.
