Last January 28, 2010, the original heartthrob Gabby Concepcion released his second album titled Unforgettable under Warner Music Philippines. The press conference was held at Red Box, Trinoma in Quezon City.

The album is composed of 15 tracks of classics serenade songs from the '50s, '60s and '70s. When asked why he chose songs from this era to be included in his album, the former matinee idol said that these songs are the ones closest to his heart. He also told the press that his late father, Rollie Concepcion, was the reason why he recorded these songs in his album.

"Ang father ko, ang inspirasyon ko. Yung 'Fly Me to the Moon' kinakanta niya 'yan. All of these songs actually kinakanta niya, tuwing pinatutugtog to naaalala ko siya..."

MAKING THE ALBUM. Gabby described how he made this album by saying that they listed down the songs then trimmed  the list down to the favorite songs that he likes to record. "Alam mo ang naging preparations ko dito nung nasa America ako. Nakukumbida ako para kumanta."

Since he did not undergo formal music lessons, Gabby prepared and enhanced his voice by relying on advice from his friend Cha Morales. "Maraming nagsasabi sa kin kausapin ko si Cha Morales. [Sa kanya ko natutunan] na dapat merong voice stretching. Before you record, before you sing. Idinemonstrate niya sa akin."

He mentioned that his life didn't go according to his own plans. He used the term "accident" to describe the projects that he has been receiving lately.

"My life is an accident, Hindi pinalano yung pelikula ko, yung pag-pasok ko sa showbiz hindi ko pinalano yun, it was an accident. Pati tong CD na to hindi ko pinalano to it was an accident. Lahat ng pinalano ko sa buhay hindi nangyayari. I want to become a pilot, I wanted to become a dentist, pero yung pangatlo, I wanted to become a real state agent. 'Yan lang ang natupad, pero yung tatlo na pinalano ko, hindi nangyari."

After releasing his successful self-titled debut album that earned a Gold award and the follow-up album Unforgettable, Gabby is also thinking about releasing a third album. "Yung next CD nga namin eh pinag-uusapan na namin, yung unang CD karamihan tagalog. Eto naman lahat English, so babalik kami dun sa Tagalog."
