After a successful two-night concert at Onstage in Greenbelt, music lovers can once again appreciate the talent of the grand-prize winner of the 2005 World Championships of Performing Arts, dubbed the Olympics of the music industry.

Jed Madela will be having a live concert this Saturday, April 28, at the Premiere Theater of the SM Mall of Asia. This concert entitled "Jed Madela...Just Human" is a fitting title, especially since his latest album is entitled Only Human. This is taken from the song "Human" done by Human League, which he revived in that album.

His two other major concerts will also have the same title. They are scheduled for May 12 in Davao and for July 14 in Cebu.

Guest performers of Jed in this concert will be pretty comedienne Marissa Sanchez and the 2006 Grand Champions of the World in the Vocals Category (Junior Division WCOPA)-the Cercado Sisters. "This young girls will really impress you!" Jed says candidly. "I rooted for them during the World Championships and they went as far as one step away to the big title, you gotta see them."

When asked for a teaser on what to expect in his concert, Jed states: "Aside from me doing pop, billboard's top classics, standards and rock (but all of this with a twist), I will be doing something I have not tried doing before...and its not just dancing (laughs)."

He adds: "Oh, and I will be doing songs from my new album, of course!"
