"I know the young lady Charice. She's really a good singer. But I haven't met her personally. Given the chance I'd love to do a collaboration with her. Why not? Also I can do any songs with any singer because I love to do collaborations," sabi ni Christy.

Nakausap ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Christy Lynch sa launching ng kanyang first debut album na Christy Lynch: Move Me na ginanap sa The Shang Grand Tower sa Makati City noong May 17.

May na-meet na ba siyang ibang local artists? "Not yet, I haven't had that opportunity. But with the promotion of my album, I hope so." "Yes, I hope to go on tour to promote my album."

"Why here in the Philippines? Well, first of all I believe that you guys, the Filipinos are so talented. Then, I live here already. It gives me time to build friendships here and rapport with many people. And lastly, there are so many musicians here that I click with the right people."

THE ALBUM. Ang album ni Christy ay binubuo ng 11 tracks: carrier single na Move Me, Soul of Gold, Search is Over, Secret Lover, For Goodness Sake, Losing You, Precious One, Sensations, You Told Dirty Lies, The Search is Over Remix, at Move Me Remix.

Personal favorite niya raw ang kantang Search is Over.

"Because it sums up what's happening to my life now. My search is over, now I have my own album. Singing is what I love to do. I feel fulfilled in coming out with this album."

"I write all the songs. I produce the album. And I recorded all the songs here in the Philippines. The album is purely made in the Philippines."

Gaano katagal niya ginawa ang album? "It started last year, so about a year in the making. But it's fantastic."

LOVING THE PHILIPPINES.

"Yeah, I'm planning to do that. But of course, I still have to learn to speak the language."

"I have a three-year old baby and an adopted son, he'll be 18 in June. He was adopted when he was 14."
