Ang pagtuon ng kanyang atensiyon sa singing talent search na X-Factor at teleseryeng Against All Odds ang rason ng TV host-actress kung bakit hindi na siya tumuloy sa Nothing Compares to You.

“It’s really one of those things we talked about with Viva.

“Sabi ko, at this point, gusto ko yung work namin sa X-Factor, na kung saan-saang lupalop ng bansa nakakarating.

"And I said, parang I would like to focus on the ABS teleserye. I love the script of the teleserye.

"Boss Vic was so kind, Viva was so kind to allow me," paliwanag ni KC sa panayam sa kanya ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).
