Filipinos will now have the chance to watch Charice Pempengco's first ever performance with international singing icon Celine Dion this Thursday, February 12, on Oprah. Watch the episode at 5:30 PM on Studio 23, which will air this special episode for the first time on free TV in the Philippines.

The world renowned diva personally invited Charice, through her good friend Oprah Winfrey, to take part in Celine's Taking Chances World Tour. Last September 15, 2008, Charice performed with her idol at Madison Square Garden in New York City where they sang a duet of her sensational hit single "Because You Love Me."  

"She has the voice that can literally blow the roof off Madison Square," said Celine when she was about to welcome the young siren on stage.  Celine personally chose this song, which Charice dedicated to her mom who stood by her through all these years.

After their duet, Celine told Charice: "Your mother is extremely proud of you, and so we are as well. You did amazing and the roof of Madison went up tonight. But I'll ask you Charice, when you do Madison Garden, are you gonna invite me?"

Charice could only laugh at the diva's request. Celine ended the segment by saying, "I love you and I cannot wait for you to perform here for a full concert."
