Second chances do come in life, as they did for former sweethearts Sunshine Dizon and Polo Ravales.
The bittersweet feeling that love always deserves a second chance will be discovered in the finale episode of Dear Friend's Kay Tagal Kitang Hinintay.
As Michael (Polo) wrestles with his emotions, he can't deny and control his true feelings for Rachel (Sunshine). He is still in love with his ex-girlfriend and wants Rachel back in his life.
But his impending marriage to Dianne (Chynna Ortaleza) has gotten in the way. When Michael finally decides to put closure on his relationship with Dianne, she ends up trying to commit suicide.
How will Michael deal with the series of romantic mix-ups in his love life? Will Rachel forgive and give him another chance?
As Rachel and Michael find themselves in love again, will their second chance for romance have a happy ending?
