The characters of Kristine Hermosa and John Estrada end up together in the final episode of ABS-CBN's Nasaan Ka Maruja?

As the ABS-CBN TV series Nasaan ka Maruja aired its finale episode, fans can't halp but wonder what actress Kristine Hermosa thinks about the idea of dating her co-star Derek Ramsey. The female actress plays the titular role of Maruja Martinez in this Saturday afternoon soap opera that aired it final episode yesterday, August 8.

In the final episode, Ross (Derek) finally admitted to Cristy that he was not Gabriel. Michael (John Estrada) finds out the true Gabriel is still alive. Cristy (the modern-day reincarnation of Maruja) meets grown up version of Gabriel (portrayed in the past by Piolo Pascual). They have a touching reunion that suddenly becomes violent. An enraged Ross arrives at the scene and shoots Cristy. Michael tries to grab the gun from Ross and in the middle of their scuffle, Ross is shot and killed on the spot.

After a few days, Cristy recovers from her gunshot wound and becomes a dedicated caretaker of Gabriel (now portrayed by Dante Rivero). He passes away, leaving Cristy with her present love, Michael.

In the August 8 episode of Entertainment Live, Kristine answered some queries from her fans regarding the current status of her love life.

She hinted that even though there is nothing really concrete going on in her love life right now, there are plenty of people who continue to make her feel loved.

Question: Parehong gwapo si Derek Ramsey at Piolo Pascual, kung pareho silang manliligaw sa 'yo, sino ang pipiliin mo sa kanila? Sino ang malapit sa iyong puso?

Kristine: Medyo mahirap naman ata yang tanong mo. Piolo. Kasi si Derek taken na [his girlfriend is Angelica Panganiban]. Baka mapagalitan tayo diyan. So si Piolo na lang.

Q: Sa mga nalilink kaya Jericko, sino ang mas bagay? Si Carmen Soo?
K: Hindi mo naman ako sinama? Ako, siyempre ako. (laughs)

Q: Kung walang karelasyon si Dieter ngayon, nagkabalikan kaya kayo?
K: Parang nawala naman ako sa question na yun. Hindi ko alam, e. Panahon lang ang makakapagsabi. So, hindi natin alam.

Q: Pero ibig sabihin nandyan pa kayo para sa isa't isa?
K: Oo naman. Hindi mawawala yun.

Q: Malapit na magtapos ang Nasaan ka Maruja, pwede ba naming malaman kung nasaan ka sa love life mo ngayon?
K: Kung nasaan ako? Nandito pa rin. Nag-iisa pa rin ho. Siyempre may mga nagmamahal, pero nag-iisa pa rin. Naiintindihan niyo ba? Ako rin hindi. Pero may nagmamahal.

Bagay na bagay sina Piolo and Tin, sana maulit uli ang pairing nila. i think magkakaroon pa ulit ng Maruja after siguro ng DMii, dahil sa ending may nakitang ghost uli si Maruja e baka ipagpapatuloy pa ulit.

i love maruja the best ang story at i love kristine hermosa ang galing ialng lahat doon sana sa primetime na lang ito at pinatagal ng kahit 6months ganda ng soap na to kakaiba sa mga karaniwang drama suspense na paratign napapanood sa tv....

we love you tin super duper pretty ka pa rin very classic ang yung beauty bagay ka talaga as maruja..

maganda ang concept at storyline ng maruja kaya malakas ito,..cant wait na sa dvd nito,...at sa september pa daw ang echotin=DAHILMAY ISANG IKAW at yung movie ni PIOLO at TIN soon,..at yung movie pa ni TIN ECHO at CARMEN soo,..lakas!!di tlaga mapakawalan ng 2 si tin.,..iba nag box office apil nya!!

ang ganda ng maruja.pinanood ko talaga from the 1st episode up to the 15th episode. ang ganda ng pagkagawa kasi wala akong nakitang loophole sa script at mga eksena. pati na ang pagpili sa young gabriel, then nang lumaki ay si piolo at nang tumanda ay si dante rivero, tamang-tama. naghanap talaga sila ng artistang lalaki na may mole sa kaliwang sentido. ito ang klase ng soap na de-kalidad at mapapa-isip ka. kudos to the the 2 directors, directors jerry and jerome, the staff and crew and the whole cast especially to my one and only favorite female star, ms. krisine hermosa.

so excited na rin for dahil may isang ikaw which will start to air on aug. 24. with a stellar cast and a very good script, according to the grandslam best actress ms. lorna t., there's no reason for me na palalampasin pa ang panonod nito at tutukan ang bawat eksena at bawat dialogue nila.

This is a mistake. Present Gabriel was played by Dante Rivero not by Tommy Abuel
