Matt Evans says he is not jealous of Melissa Ricks's new partner. The actress has been Matt's loveteam partner in their previous soaps Kambal sa Uma and Iisa Pa Lamang. This time, Melissa will team up with Jolo Revilla in the upcoming ABS-CBN teleserye Pepeng Agimat.

"Hindi naman nagseselos. Ano lang, give it a break lang," Matt told PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) during the presscon for Star Magic's September-October celebrators last October 29.

According to the former PBB Teen Edition housemate, he is all set to do another soap opera with Melissa. Negotiations are still ongoing, so he chose not to reveal the details.

But he confirmed that it is a drama series. Taping will start soon.

"May gagawin pa lang, pero hindi pa final. Medyo confidential pa," he said. "This coming November, I think first week or second week, magte-taping na kami."

PBB TIPS. Matt stayed for 28 days in the Pinoy Big Brother house before he got evicted. When asked to give tips on how to survive the show, he narrated: "Siguro sa 'kin, maging natural ka lang. 'Wag ka magpakita ng kahit anong kaplastikan o nagpapa-impress ka sa tao. Hindi mo naman kailangan i-please lahat. Just do it na casual na casual lang. Kung ayaw sa 'yo, di ayaw sa 'yo. Ganun lang."

That's how he conducted himself when he was in the show, Matt said.

"Ako ganun lang. May gusto akong gawin, gagawin ko. Ako lang talaga, e. Wala kaming sinusunod na ano. Pag may pinapagawa, dun lang ako, may gagawin," he said.

How does one pass through auditions?

"Kailangan bibo ka. Hindi ko rin alam, e, siguro dapat makitaan ka ng deserving ka talaga. Pagdating sa dulo, dapat nandun pa rin yung energy mo."
