The GMA Network Entertainment Group, under the supervision of Senior Vice President Wilma Galvante, recently announced its roster of programs to cultimate 2009 and open 2010. In a luncheon meeting held yesterday, November 10, at the GMA Network building, executives revealed the TV shows that viewers can look forward to in the coming months.

Starting off November's line up is the fifth season of the reality artista search StarStruck V. Host Raymond Gutierrez welcomes two new co-hosts into the popular contest: Carla Abellana and Dennis Trillo. Starting November 15, viewers will get to meet the new batch of hopefuls who will aim to "dream, believe, survive."

The week of November 23-27 sees the finale of Rosalinda, the Philippine remake of the popular Mexicanovela starring Carla Abellana and Geoff Eigenmann. Starting this Thursday, November 12, the love team partners will be seen weekly in the light romantic comedy SRO Cinemaserye Presents Carinderia Queen.

The Banda-oke Rock and Roll to Millions band gears up for a series of mall and bar tours this November and December. This new program of Allan K and Jaya replaced the now defunct All Star K: the P1M Videoke Challenge.

GMA-7's game show Family Feud brings in a new host, Dingdong Dantes, on November 30. The matinee idol temporarily replaces Richard Gomez, who has expressed his intention to run for public office in the upcoming 2010 elections.

To cap November's roster is the Filipino adaptation of the Korean series Full House. Starring Richard Gutierrez and Heart Evangelista, it will air its pilot episode also on November 30. The lead stars shot parts of the story in the city of Prague. Director Mark Reyes aims to capture the magic of the Czech Republic's capital by shooting some the program's romantic moments in this cosmopolitan city.

The Kapuso Network spreads the Christmas spirit with its very first ChristmaSerye topbilled by three of the country's most respected actors: Mr. Christopher de Leon, Ms. Gina Alajar and Ms. Susan Roses. This special drama, which will air on December 7, also stars TJ Trinidad, Maxene Magalona, Ynna Asistio, JC Tiuseco and JC de Vera.

Stairway to Heaven's finale week on December 7-11 promises to keep viewers glued to their TV sets as the romance between Jodi (Rhian Ramos) and Cholo (Dingdong Dantes) comes to a bittersweet end.

Beginning next month, Senator Bong Revilla bequeaths his hosting chores to his son Ram Revilla for Kap's Amazing Stories Kids' Edition.

All Sundays of December will feature young and innocent love in Dear Friend starring Joshua Dionisio and Barbie Forteza, the cute teenagers who played the young Dingdong Dantes and Rhian Ramos in Stairway to Heaven.

GMA-7's Christmas special, titled After the Rain, features Songbird Regine Velasquez as she pays tribute to the heroes of the recent typhoons and inspires viewers to share and spread love this Christmas season on December 13.

Join the Kapuso stars as they come together to bid 2009 adieu and welcome 2010 at the SM Mall of Asia on December 31 for the New Year's Eve Countdown.

Ushering the New Year for the Kapuso Network is a handful of drama and telefantasya programs. It begins on January 11 with the romantic telefantasya The Last Prince. Aljur Abrenica and Kris Bernal will be paired anew after appearing in the TV series All My Life and their launching movie Nandito Ako...Nagmamahal sa 'Yo.

Joshua Dionisio and Barbie Forteza as well as Jake Vargas and Joanna Marie Tan topbill First Luv beginning January 18, 2010. It replaces the Jennylyn Mercado and Mark Herras-starrer Ikaw Sana.

Mother and daughter tandem Jean and Jennica Garcia get together to liven up weekday afternoons in GMA-7's Sine Novela's Ina, Kasususklaman Ba Kita? beginning January 25.

Another heavy drama, Gumapang Ka Sa Lasak, premieres on February 8, 2010.

This completes the initial salvo of GMA-7 for 2010.
