A lot viewers were entertained by the magic displayed by Pilipinas Got Talent semi-finalist Allan "Alakim" De Paz, allowing him to dominate last Sunday's live results night. Alakim is now assured a slot in the grand finalis of the ABS-CBN reality talent show.
The magician from Novaliches, Quezon City got 28.49% of total votes after he wowed the crowd during performance night Saturday with his amazing magic tricks that involved his signature butterflies.
Fil-Norwegian crooner Markki Stroem came in second to the people's hearts with a close 25.32% percent of votes followed by young musicians of the Kapidamu Band with 17.18% percent.
As always, judges deliberated who between the 2nd and 3rd placers will take the second finalist slot and in the end, Markki emerged victorious after getting the votes of Kris Aquino and Freddie M. Garcia a.k.a. FMG.
Alakim and Markki will compete against Batangueno singer Jovit Baldivino and ventriloquist Ruther Urquia in the grand finals together with six other finalists to be determined from the 18 remaining semi finalists.
Who among the third batch of semi-finalists will join them this week?
Don't miss the 3rd live semi-finals of Pilipinas Got Talent this Saturday (May 15), 7:15 PM, at the AFP Theater, Camp Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo (entrance at gate 1 along Santolan road), and on Sunday (May 16), 8:15 PM, at ABS-CBN Dolphy Theater (Studio 1).

I think the judges has been fair. Ok naman ang choices nila since the other week.
At dahil ba ay mga bata ang Kapidamu Band ay dapat na silang manalo? I'm a musician and I belong to a band. The kids got talent but their choice of song and their rendition was not at all impressive, kahit pinaulit pa sila.
Markki, however, impressed us with his talent by playing the piano and singing at the same time. The notes/chords of his song kept changing and that's quite difficult to perform. This guy deserved his spot.

tama ka naglevel up tlga 2ng c Markki kya deserving xa. kc nman ung kapidamu band eh so so lng eh si Markki may connect sa mga viewers at may pakilig factor.. haizzz...
pero si ALAKIM, medyo nakitaan.. hehehe.. nkita sa camera kung san nya nilagay ung mga ibon heheheh.. try nyo ulet panoorin... hehehehe..

Magaling din ang naging last performance ng kapidamu pero wala silang bago napakita.. ito cguro ung isa sa mga pinagbasehan ng judges sa pagpili kay Markki..
for me deserving and dalawang to na mapapasok sa Finals, lalo na to si ALAKIM kamangha talaga mga magic nya...

The Kapidamu band was not impressive at all. Yes, they are sort of a novelty and unique because they belong to the same family but as a band, they are not impressive, sorry, but my heart bleeds when I saw the boy crying but Markki being a gentleman comforted the boy and he looked very sincere enough.
Markki really did well, he's got the potenttial of becoming another Christian Bautista.
