Mr. Edu Manzano signed an exclusive contract with GMA Network on August 11, 2010. His upcoming game show with the Kapuso Network is titled Asar Talo Pero Laging Panalo!
Present in the contract signing were: GMA Network Senior Vice President for Entertainment Wilma V. Galvante; EVP and COO Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr.; Mr. Edu Manzano; Chairman, President and CEO Felipe L. Gozon and Edu's manager Ms. June Torrejon.

I think it's the other way around.
Edu needs money to recoup his campaign spending. But since ABS-CBN took his word when he said during the campaign he'll retire from showbiz if he loses, he moved to GMA.
Pity.
From star then to a has-been status now. Claudine welcomes him with regret.

If you read or hear their statements, there is bitterness in leaving ABS-CBN, like, they wanted to stay but their handlers wanted them out, i.e. Rachelle Ann, Mark Bautista.
Claudine couldn't even say anything negative about ABS-CBN.
Willie? Well, that's a different story. If GMA wants him, go ahead. By all mean he's yours. Good riddance.

patunay na maliit ang pasahod sa abs-cbn. kung malaki sahod nyan, may naipon at ok lang mag-bakasyon muna.
lumipat sa GMA dahil kailangan ng trabaho. at sa GMA, may pang-sahod at walang UTANG.
ang sakit naman mga kapameLai!
