Last Saturday, August 13, Kris Aquino shot the final episode for her ABS-CBN game show The Price is Right.
The TV host-actress revealed that she will take a break from game show hosting to concentrate on her upcoming movie with Dingdong Dantes titled Segunda Mano.
But viewers can expect her to return as host of the newly reformatted game show Deal or No Deal.
"Last quarter of 2011 pero it's a new format of Deal or No Deal na nanggaling sa Europe. Matagal pa 'yon kasi magsu-shooting muna ako. May deadline kasi para sa Metro Manila Film Festival," she was quoted as saying by Showbiz News Ngayon.
The Price is Right is to be replaced by the reality cooking show, Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition. Hosted by Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo, the show features young cooks with ages that range from 8-12 years old. It will have a primer on August 20 while the pilot episode will air by August 27.
