Yasmien Kurdi reprises Kris Aquino's role in "Tasya Pantasya"

After the highly successful Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso?, Yasmien Kurdi will once again headline another Sine Novela. This time, she will reprise the role of Kris Aquino in Tasya Pantasya.

Magsisimula na rin ang taping ng isa pang Sine Novela ng GMA-7, ang Tasya Pantasya.

A Carlo Caparas production starring Kris Aquino and Alvin Patrimonio, iri-remake ang nasabing fantasy-romance movie ng GMA-7. Ang role ni Kris will be given to the GMA Soap Princess na si Yasmien Kurdi.

Ito ang pang-apat na Sine Novela ng GMA-7 after the currently being telecast Sinasamba Kita, na magtatapos na next month, at ang Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso? also starring Yasmien and rumored suitor JC de Vera.

Pagkataas-taas ng rating ng back-to-back Sine Novela ng GMA-7 for the past three weeks. Ang Sinasamba Kita at Pati Ba Pintig Ng Puso? ang pinakamataas na shows sa noontime to afteroon block, eclipsing even GMA-7's Eat Bulaga! and Daisy Siete and ABS-CBN's Pilipinas Game KNB and Wowowee. Batay ito sa Mega Manila ratings.

May extension ang Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso? ng two to three weeks, samantalang on schedule magtatapos ang Sinasamba Kita.

Nagte-taping na ang pamalit sa Sinasamba Kita, ang Kung Mahawi Man Ang Ulap—ang Viva Films classic movie starring Hilda Koronel and Christopher de Leon. Sina Nadine Samonte at Dennis Trillo ang magsisiganap dito.

Noong July 14 nagsimula ang taping ng Tasya Pantasya na ipapalit naman sa Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso? kung kaya't magba-back-to-back Sine Novela si Yasmien.

Bubuhayin sa Tasya Pantasya ang original love team nina Yasmien and Rainier Castillo bilang Kris at Alvin characters. Dapat sana'y magre-reunion sila sa isa pang GMA-7 teen show na fantasy rin, ang L.U.V. Pow, ngunit shelved nga ito temporarily at maghihintay pa ito ng pagtatapos ng Boys Nxt Door na last month lang nag-pilot.

Makakasama nina Yasmien at Rainier sa Tasya Pantasya sina Wendell Ramos, Alicia Mayer, Gladys Reyes, at Vangie Labalan. Mula ito sa direksiyon ni Mac Alejandre.
