21- year-old new mom Andi Eigenmann is glowing these days especially now that she has given birth to her lovely daughter, Gabrielle. She and her mother, actress Jaclyn Jose, were the special guests on KrisTV earlier today, January 25.

Jaclyn recalled that she was still in transit from Batangas when she learned that her daughter gave birth via caesarian section.  It took her four hours to reach Manila. "Stress na stress ako..." remarked the veteran actress.

The doting grandmother revealed that in the meantime, baby Ellie [Gabrielle] is under her care and sleeping in her room.

With regard to the sleeping arrangement, Andi explained, "Caesarian ako. Di agad-agad ako nakayanang mag-walk around...I couldn't pay complete attention to her at the beginning. Then my mom told me, give her three months in her room, then she can transfer na to mine."

During this episode, Kris interviewed Ronalyn, an audience member who, like Andi, is a young mom.  Ronalyn became a mom at 18. She revealed that upon learning of her pregnancy, her boyfriend left her and her family disowned her. Her aunt took care of her and provided for her baby's needs.  She got pregnant again by another man who left her all the same. Ronalyn is now a mother of two now.

In response, Jaclyn gave this advice to Ronalyn: "Huwag mong tigilan ang panghingi ng tawad hanggang malapit ang loob ng mommy mo sa 'yo. Kailangan ninyo ang isa't-isa."

Kris pointed out that Jaclyn's positive reaction regarding her daughter's unexpected pregnancy has inspired a lot of people.

The actress commented, "Matinding dasal na bigyan ako ng lakas ng loob, lakas ng pangangatawan. Everything through prayers na makayanan ko ito."

Andi remarked, "I understand na di lahat ng parents na madaling malaman 'yon... I'm only 21 and I wasn't married yet. It's a complete shocker...I feel really blessed that I have parents who are understanding. They didn't judge me at all...My mom taught me that no matter what happens, you know, take on everything positively and with a smile on your face..."

ON ANDI'S FINANCIAL PREPARATIONS. Kris then asked Andi regarding her financial preparations for her new bundle of joy.

Jaclyn admitted that Andi shouldered all the hospital expenses. Andi pointed out, "Since nagwo-work na ako, I have my own money already when I got pregnant and with everything I needed to pay...Siyempre, ako na 'yon if I can pay for it. At times na wala akong pera, my mom would help me."

Jaclyn added, "Sa akin kasi, pampa-boost din yan sa kanya. At a certain period of time, sinabi ko sa kanya, you have to save this for your panganganak. Iba yung naibibigay ko sa 'yo kapag ikaw mismo ang buo ang nagbayad."

Jaclyn further revealed that Andi is paying off a condo and a car. "Mayroon siyang hinuhulugang condo at saka car. Di ko na siya pinapagastos kung maliit na bagay lang. Ako na lahat para magampanan niya yung responsibility dun sa kanyang kinuha."

"Importante na makasama mo ang mga magulang mo," stressed ANdi. "Kahit anong mangyari, mamahalin ka nila...Sila yung first person na mahahanap mo at naandiyan and you can rely on. Yung mga lalaki, you can't ever count on that."
