A rockstar moonlighting as an actor, Kean Cipriano also holds another job he's also very passionate of, a passion he also shares with Callalily bandmate Tatsi Jamnague, their manager Darwin Hernandez, and Darwin's wife Kathy.

They are the passionate and proud owners of Concho's: The Home of Sisig Goodness.

"We love to eat," Kean enthuses. "Aside from music, ang gusto rin namin--yung buong banda--kumain."

After gigs, the band's favorite bonding moment was eating together and sharing Darwin and Kathy's awesome sisig. The sisig was so good, other bands like Imago and Sandwich would often ask for it.

"Masarap kasi talaga," Kean continues.

Seeing an opportunity to start something he has been itching to do, Kean discussed with Tatsi, Darwin and Kathy the possibility of starting a restaurant business.

"Magkabanda kami, so technically para na rin kaming business partners talaga. Kasi, you know, we belong to the music business. So, nag-decide kami lahat na, 'Tara, magtayo tayo ng business, tutal tayu-tayo lang din ang magkakasama."

And Concho's was born.

Their passion for eating is also the same as their passion for preparing the dishes in Concho's.

In fact, Kean says they make sure the customers experience the same sisig goodness they had that inspired them to start Concho's.

"We don't use maskara or yung face ng pig. We use the softest pig belly on our sisig," Kean adds.
