Young actor Jake Cuenca has left GMA-7 and moved to its rival station, ABS-CBN 2. According to a reliable source, Jake has just signed an exclusive contract in the Kapamilya Network where he is assured of at least three shows.
Jake’s first project under his new home is the youth afternoon drama Love Spell opposite young dramatic actress Angelica Panganiban. It also stars the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition love team Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson.
Jake’s another project is a movie under ABS-CBN’s film arm, Star Cinema.
The young actor started his showbiz career at GMA-7 via the primetime soap opera Hanggang Kailan headlined by Lorna Tolentino. He was also seen in Love to Love, Forever In My Heart, Encantadia, and Majika, his last show on the Kapuso Network.
