"I am honest enough to say na I would wanna see myself experience the walking down the aisle. I think naiinggit lang ako 'pag nakakakita lang ako ng beautiful big wedding. Pero 'pag siyempre 'pag nakikita ko lang, napi-picture ko sarili ko kung anong gown isusuot ko at kung sino gagawa noon," reveals Pops Fernandez in an interview with The Buzz.
She breaks into a giggle, "Minsan nga gusto ko na lang, kunyari na lang. Gusto ko lang mag-gown!"
She clarifies, "I joke about it pero wala tayong pinipirmahan or whatever. When I really sit down and think about it, hindi muna. Hindi pa ako ready."
The Concert Queen has been dating actor Jomari Yllana for quite some time now.
Both have been separated from their spouses. Pops was married to Martin Nievera—father of her two kids, Robin and Ram. Jomari was married to Aiko Melendez—mother of his son, Andrei.
Pops admits, "Having been in a relationship na I planned, I planned so much, and I got disappointed obviously. It didn't go the way you wanted it to go. He's [Jomari] also been through all of that. Hindi 'ata maaalis ‘yong may konting trauma pa.
"So ngayon siguro, I'm just enjoying every moment of it. Every chance we get to spend time together. Wala masyadong expectations from one another. Siyempre ang focus ko rin naman siyempre is my kids, my work, and I'm grateful that he understands that. Alam naman niya ‘yong priorities ko."
She ends, "Tsaka na siguro ‘yong mga plans for the future, when we're both willing to plan something na."
