Young actress Roxanne Guinoo finally speaks up about rumors that she is mad at ex-boyfriend Joross Gamboa who is said to behind malicious attacks on her family. Tabloid write-ups claim that Roxanne, as breadwinner, is being forced by her mother to work very hard. Roxanne clarified that the many projects waiting in line for her have always been her own dream for a career. These are not being driven by her parents.
Roxanne said, "Marami talagang trabaho. So kailangan ko ingatan lahat ‘yon. Sobrang thankful talaga ako."
The tabloid papers also turned their fingers at Joross Gamboa's family as the ones who started the nasty rumors about Roxanne. But Roxanne believes that Joross's family is not capable of doing such things.
"Mabait Mama ni Joross, never siya nagsalita about sa akin," Roxanne said.
The Natutulog Ba Ang Diyos lead actress added that people shouldn't create intrigues about her working relationship with Joross, now that she, Joross, and Jake Cuenca (her present boyfriend) are okay.
"Masaya na kaming tatlo," an exasperated Roxanne said.
To the people who thought up the nasty rumor about her family, Roxanne has only this to say: "Deadma lang naman si Mama. Pero alam ko nasaktan siya, e. So, sana tigilan na nila. Konting respeto lang."
