Now that the reign of Marimar is over, it is time for Robin Padilla and Richard Gutierrez to rule the primetime race.
Robin's Joaquin Bordado has taken the No. 1 position by consistently topping the ratings game since Marimar ended last March 14. Trailing closely behind at second place is Richard's Kamandag.
The primetime newscast of GMA-7, 24 Oras, is also consistent at No. 3.
The Kapuso network's newest soap, Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita featuring Dina Bonnevie, premiered last night (March 24) to a modest 28 percent—which is considerably lower compared to the pilot episodes of other GMA-7 primetime shows.
Meanwhile, ABS-CBN's Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus is generating much buzz. The introduction of the 14 teen housemates last Sunday, March 23, posted a rating of 24.6 percent which ranked at No. 3. The following night, March 24, it came out strong against the other primetime shows; taking the No. 5 position with 26.3 percent.

The Japanese series Hana Kimi, which replaced Hana Yori Dango 2, also premiered yesterday at No. 3 with 16.7 percent; behind Eat Bulaga's 22.5 percent and Daisy Siete's new season with 19.4 percent.
Boxing champ Manny Pacquiao's welcome party on SiS drew 13.5 percent rating to grab the seventh position.
