Pauleen Luna puts recent breakup with Sherwin Gatchalian out of mind

It was in Startalk last Saturday that the breakup of Pauleen Luna and Valenzuela mayor Sherwin Gatchalian was featured. Days went by with Pauleen virtually saying nothing about the issue. But Pauleen broke her silence when Startalk host and funny man Joey de Leon interviewed Pauleen, who's in the U.S. for the Eat Bulaga! show in L.A., to get more details.
Pauleen and Sherwin's relationship lasted for a year. In fact, they celebrated their anniversary last June 19.
"Kamusta na ang puso mo after the breakup?" Joey asked.
Pauleen said, "Okey naman kasi since we're here in L.A., e, hindi ko masyado naiisip so masaya naman ako."
"Paano ka nag-a-adjust now na single ka again," Joey followed up.
"Wala pa naman. Actually, bumalik lang ako sa normal routine ko and parang sa bahay lang ako lagi. Hindi ko na masyado iniisip."
"Kailan kayo huling nag-usap ni Sherwin?" Joey again.
"Before I left," Pauleen answered. "Tumawag siya para magsabi na mag-ingat. We still talk naman, e. Hindi naman kami magkaaway."
"Ano bang madalas n'yong pagtalunan dati?" Joey asked.
"Pagiging ano ko lang...siyempre may mga bratty mode ako and since busy siya, e, sobrang patient niya sa akin. Madalas akong nagiging reklamador. E, siya, hindi talaga ako pinapatulan."
"Totoo bang nanunuyo siya sa iyo ulit?" Joey asked again.
Pauleen said, "Sakto lang. Tatawag-tawag, nagte-text."
Is there any possibility that she and Sherwin would get back together?
"Wala pa akong iniisip na ganyan since everything is still so fresh," Pauleen explained. "Since I am out of the country, e, hindi ko iniisip."
Does she still love Sherwin?
"Siyempre naman. Hindi ganoon kabilis matanggal." Pauleen answered.
"Awww..." Joey teased.
