Usap-usapan ngayon ang paghihiwalay diumano ng mag-asawang Sharon Cuneta at Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan. Ayon sa balita, biglaan daw umalis si Sharon last Monday night, October 6, papuntang Hong Kong kasama ang mga anak na sina Frankie at Miel at mga yaya nito. May lumabas pang issue na may "financial problem" diumano sa pagitan ng mag-asawa.
Marami rin daw ang nagtaka sa biglang pag-alis ni Sharon dahil naka-schedule diumano siyang kumanta sa party ng mga senador and their families sa Manila Hotel last Tuesday evening, October 7. Pero hindi raw dumating si Sharon at hindi rin dumalo si Sen. Kiko kaya lalong lumaki ang hinala na may katotohanan ang balita.
Kahapon, October 8, nag-deny na si Kiko sa Senate press nang ma-interview siya. He was quoted saying, "I don't want to comment on that, pero hindi totoo ‘yon."
Kinumpirma ni Kiko na nasa Hong Kong nga si Sharon, pero aniya, "nagsa-shopping" lang ang kanyang misis.
Kagabi, may mga tinext at tinawagan ang PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) para mag-inquire kung ano ang totoo sa issue na kumalat na, hindi lamang sa TV at radio programs kundi pati na rin sa mga pahayagan. Karamihan sa nakausap namin ay natawa sa naturang balita.
Nakatanggap din ang PEP ng text message mula sa malapit na kaibigan ni Sharon na si Fanny Serrano, na isa pala sa mga kasama ni Sharon sa Hong Kong.
Ito ang nilalaman ng text message ni Fanny:
"Alone time nilang mag-asawa ngayon, nauna lang umalis nang solo niya this week si Sharon. Hindi totoo na kasama niya sina Frankie at Miel dahil may pasok sa school ang mga bata. Next week naman, si Senator Kiko ang mag-isang aalis. Susundan ‘yon ng family bonding, kasama na nila ang mga anak nilang sina KC, Frankie, at Miel. At kelan naman um-attend si Mega sa mga senators' spouses nite nila? Ever since, hindi, di ba? Thank you."
According to another close friend of Sharon, nakagawian na raw talaga ng Megastar na mag-shopping every year, hindi lamang para sa mga personal needs nito kundi para bumili na rin ng Christmas gifts niya for her family and friends. Last year, sa Bangkok siya nag-shopping. This year, sa Hong Kong naman nito naisip na mag-shopping.
Isang way rin daw ‘yon ni Sharon na makipag-bonding sa kanyang mga close friends dahil madalas na hindi sila nagkakasama-samang magkakaibigan dahil sa dami ng trabaho nito.
Last year, sa Bangkok din nag-bonding ang buong family nina Sharon at Kiko. Doon sila nagpalipas ng Christmas season at bumalik bago ang birthday concert ni Sharon noong January 2008.
Napag-alaman din ng PEP na baka isang Caribbean cruise naman ang gawin ng family this year at makakasama na nila sina KC, Frankie, at Miel.
Tomorrow, October 10, malamang bumalik na raw sa bansa si Sharon.
