new GMA-7 show La Lola. Isabel recently went through a very delicate
operation to extract ovarian myoma. She and her husband Geryk Genaski are planning to have their second baby.

Nagpapasalamat si Isabel Granada na naging maayos ang major surgery na pinagdaanan niya kamakailan.
May tinanggal na myoma (tumor) sa kanyang ovary kaya dumaan daw siya sa mala-caesarian surgery. Para nga raw siyang nanganak sa ginawang operasyon.
Sey ni Isabel, matagal na raw kasi na na-detect na meron siyang myoma. Dinaan daw muna niya sa pag-inom ng gamot at baka gumaling siya. Pero hindi nga raw naging effective ang medication.
"At first, siyempre, natakot ako. Hindi ako sanay na naooperahan. Pero kailangan na kasing gawin iyon or else things will get worse. Gusto pa naman ni Geryk [Genasky, her husband] na magkaroon pa ng isa pang baby, kaya kailangang alisin na yung myoma.
"Sa tulong naman ng mga dasal mula sa pamilya at mga kaibigan, mabilis ang naging recovery ko. Sabi ng doctor ko na okey na ang lahat and I can still get pregnant. Wala naman daw naging complications sa area na iyon.
"After the operation, nagpahinga ako ng almost two months. Hindi muna ako tumanggap ng trabaho. Mabuti na lang at maaga natapos yung last show ko na Kaputol ng Isang Awit before ako naoperahan. Kaya nakapagpahinga ako nang husto."
Tamang-tama lang daw ang pagdating ng La Lola dahil handa na nga raw magtrabaho si Isabel ulit. Nabu-bore na raw kasi sa bahay si Isabel at mas gusto niya yung may pinagkakaabalahan siyang trabaho.
"Hindi kasi ako sanay na nasa bahay lang. Kahit na nga noong buntis ako kay Hubert noon, I was still working. Ewan ko, siguro nasa katawan mo na rin iyon. Madali akong ma-bore kapag nasa bahay lang ako. Gusto ko parating may ginagawa.
"Kaya siguro rin hindi ako tumaba after I gave birth to my first baby. Mabilis ako naka-recover kasi nga sa sobrang active ko. I'm still into sports kasi, kaya hindi ako tabain. Kaya noong dumating ang role na Tala in La Lola, natuwa ako kasi may trabaho na naman tayong pagkakaabalahan."
Isa nga si Isabel sa gaganap na mga babaylan na magpaparusa kay Lalo (played by Wendell Ramos) para maging si Lola (Rhian Ramos). Ang iba pang gaganap na shaman ay sina Jewel Mische at Iza Calzado.
