"You know
I'm handling some of the most complex, some of the most interesting
personalities in the Philippines. From Krissy, to Gretchen [Barretto], to Dawn
[Zulueta], to Rufa Mae [Quinto], to Ai Ai [delas Alas], to... I mean, friends
like Cristinelli. Pero alam mo ang natutuhan ko, dapat patas ka," says Boy Abunda about being a host.

Bakit kailangang magpalabas ng apology letter ang The Buzz?
"Because we might have hurt the sensibilities of audiences," paliwanag ni Boy. "As a show, we have to move within parameters [set by] regulating bodies. We have to go by rules, by requirements of regulating bodies.
"I'm not aware of that. But I don't discount the possibility. I think the show and ABS-CBN, the network, should be sensitive to regulating bodies, to citizens reacting, to people writing letters, to bosses who teach us good values. Pero is it possible? It is possible. Because we can be wrong. And if you're wrong you should apologize. And after the apology you should try to be better," saad ng TV host.
You know I'm handling some of the most complex, some of the most interesting personalities in the Philippines. From Krissy, to Gretchen [Barretto], to Dawn [Zulueta], to Rufa Mae [Quinto], to Ai-Ai [delas Alas], to... I mean, friends like Cristinelli.
"There is honor in controversies. There is always a way of handling it without selling out. There's a way of doing it justly. Pero it's very hard. Creating that balance is extremely hard.
I have enough to make my self happy. And I am grateful with whatever I have. And what I have is too much blessing.
I want to be able to produce talk shows. I can produce talk shows.
"I'd like to be able to train more hosts. I mean, I cannot do this forever. Hindi dahil sa ayaw ko. Pero lahat kami nagdadaan, to be very blunt about it, lahat kami nalalaos. Lahat kami puwedeng kalimutan.
"I am a teacher. Gusto kong may iba akong magawa at may iba akong mapuntahan. Gusto kong magturo. Gusto kong mag-share.
"Some people may say why did you go back to school. I didn't go back to school because I want a doctoral degree, I want a masteral degree. Hindi. I went to school because I want to broaden my perspective, gusto kong lumawak ang aking pananaw, para tuwing nag-i-interview ako ay mas malawak ang mundo ko. There's a world out there waiting to be discovered."
Nagsimula na kahapon, October 27, ang selebrasyon with Billy Crawford and KC Concepcion as guests.
