Bagama't nasa korte na ang reklamo ni Jennylyn Mercado laban sa kanyang handler-road manager na si Mel Pulmano, diumano'y nakakatanggap naman ngayon ng death threats ang controversial manager ni Jennylyn Mercado na si Becky Aguila.

Through cellphone number 09065743949, nakarating kay Becky ang ganitong mensahe: "Mag-ingat ka! May Papatay sa iyo."

NOT GUILTY. Malaki ang suspetsa ni Becky na may kinalaman ito sa laban na kinakaharap niya ngayon sa dati niyang empleyado na si Mel Pulmano nga. Ayaw na sana niyang magsalita tungkol sa dati niyang tauhan at ipinaubaya na lang ang lahat ng usaping tungkol dito sa korte, pero nang humingi ang PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) na linawin pa ang ilang issue na ipinupukol sa kanya, hindi naman nagdamot ng panayam ang kontrobersyal na talent manager.

"I just want to clarify that I don't frequent casinos. During the few times I went to play slots, to while time away with my mother. I would always observe a cap in my spending, win or lose. Pera ko at hindi pera ng iba ang pinanglalaro ko. I also want to correct the wrong impression that I've had money matter issues. I wouldn't be here if I was guilty of stealing from my artists. REACTIONS TO MEL'S RECENT STATEMENTS. Ano ang reaksyon niya sa dalwang pahayag ni Mel sa PEP?

Una ay tungkol sa mga tseke na pina-rediscount umano ni Mel: "Minsan, personal checks ko talaga yung pinapa-rediscount ko. Pero ilang beses na dadalhin ko ang mga tsekeng ibinigay sa akin ni Becky, at pirmado na ni Jennylyn. Ipapadala sa akin ni Tita C yung pera. ‘Tapos, ibibigay ko ke Becky yung pera.

Yung pangalawa naman ay tungkol sa kasama ni Mel nun pina-rediscount ang tseke: "Nakita ni Tita C kung sino yung kasama ko, kung sino ang nagbaba sa akin sa kotse, at kung sino ang kasama kong umalis."

Dagdag pa rito ay ang sinabi ni Mel na si Tita Becky ang nagpakilala raw sa kanya kay Tita C para magpa-rediscount.

Heto ang sagot ni Tita Becky sa ikinuwentong ito ni Mel:

"I had the chance to talk with Ms. C, the rediscounter, a few days ago. I got to talk to her thru Nene Riego. Nene wrote Ms. C's story in Bulgar about a week ago. Ms. C told me that she owns the salon besides OctoArts.

"Si Ms. C ang nagpasulat regarding Jen sending her text messages, sending MMS pictures of Jazz and talking to her on this smart number 09209705025. This cellphone number is Mel's personal use for my agency's talent bookings. Smart line ito ni Jen pero matagal na ‘to pinagkatiwala ni Jen sa agency thru Mel. Siya lang ang gumagamit nito at wala nang iba since December, 2007. My staff and everyone else who knows about this number can attest to this."
