One month after its debut, Family Feud, Richard Gomez's game show on GMA-7, is now pulling away from rival show Kapamilya, Deal Or No Deal, which is hosted by Kris Aquino on ABS-CBN.
According to the latest overnight ratings conducted by AGB Nielsen Philippines among Mega Manila households, Family Feud is now the most-watched weekly primetime game show. From November 11 to 13, Richard's game show lorded it over Kris's Deal Or No Deal.
Family Feud took over the timeslot of Arnell Ignacio's Gobingo while Deal Or No Deal returned after a brief absence. Both shows are franchises of popular American game shows.
Meanwhile, ABS-CBN's weekly daytime game show, Pilipinas, Game KNB?, which is hosted by Edu Manzano, continues its dominance over the re-run of the popular Mexicanovela Rosalinda, which is now being aired on GMA-7.
But the overall daytime race was won by Eat Bulaga!, the country's longest-running noontime show. Eat Bulaga! topped the ratings game from Tuesday to Thursday, with Una Kang Naging Akin coming in second. Both shows are from GMA-7.
Kapuso soaps Saan Darating ang Umaga? and Daisy Siete and ABS-CBN's noontime show Wowowee occupied the rest of the Top 5.
The primetime race, on the other hand, had three different shows occupying the top spot for the past three days: 24 Oras last Tuesday, Survivor Philippines last Wednesday, while Gagambino tied with Survivor last night.
