Bininyagan ang anak ni Paolo Ballesteros na si Keira Claire noong Martes, February 3, sa Christ the King Parish sa Greenmeadows sa Quezon City, pasado alas-tres ng hapon. Ginanap naman ang reception sa St. Mark and St. Matthew Hall ng naturang simbahan.
Ang mga celebrity ninongs and ninangs ng anak ni Paolo sa dati niyang girlfriend na si Kaye ay sina Diana Zubiri, Ruby Rodriguez, Ciara Sotto, Uma Khouny, Robert Ortega, at ang lady boss ng TAPE. Inc. na si Ms. Malou Choa-Fagar.
Hindi naman nakarating ang iba pang mga celebrity ninong at ninang na sina Marian Rivera (matalik na kaibigan ni Paolo), Toni Rose Gayda, at Allan K.
Ang iba pang mga celebrity guests na namataan ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ay ang mga kasamahan ni Paolo sa Eat Bulaga! na sina Pauleen Luna, Lougee Basabas, at Daiana Menezes.
Si Keira Claire ay ipinanganak noong November 29, 2008 sa Northwestern Memorial Hospital sa Chicago, Illinois. Pero nagdesisyon sina Paolo at Kaye na rito sa Pilipinas binyagan ang kanilang anak. Incidentally, kaarawan din ni Paolo noong kapanganakan ng kanyang anak kaya magka-birthday sila.
Ayon kay Kaye, santol at spaghetti ng Jollibee ang pinaglihian niya, na parehong mahirap hanapin sa Chicago, kung saan naka-base at nagtatrabaho ang dating kasintahan ni Paolo.
Kasalukuyang nandito sa Pilipinas si Kaye in time for the binyagan at babalik na siya sa Chicago on February 19.
Pinag-uusapan pa nila ni Paolo kung paano ang magiging set-up nila with their daughter; kung maiiwan dito sa Pilipinas sa pangangalaga ni Paolo, o kung isasama ito ni Kaye sa States.
